Alto Community Clinic Classes (3075 W. 71st. Avenue):
Mother Daughter Connection – June 2 –July 25
- Ages 14-18
- Thursdays – 10 – 11:30 a.m. at the Alto Clinic
- Mother-daughter connection therapy group provides a supportive space to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, foster deeper understanding and create lasting positive change between mothers and daughters.
Social Skills and Self Love – June 2 –July 25
- Ages 10-13
- Wednesdays – 3 – 4:30 p.m. at the Alto Clinic
- The Social Skills and Self-Love therapy group provides a supportive space for tweens and teens to develop key social skills and build a positive relationship with themselves.
Commerce City Community Clinic Classes (7190 Colorado Blvd., Suite 450):
Kindergarten Transitions – June 2 –July 25
- Ages 4-5
- Wednesdays – 9:30 – 11 a.m. at the Commerce City Clinic
- Kindergarten Transition Therapy Group helps children and caregivers navigate the move to school together. Caregivers join to strengthen connection and learn tools to support a positive start to kindergarten.
Exploring Expressive Emotions – June 2 –July 25
- Ages 6-9
- Wednesdays – 3 – 4:30 p.m. at the Commerce City Clinic
- The Exploring Expressive Emotions Group offers kids a supportive space to learn more about the big emotions they experience and develop strategies to express these emotions in healthy and helpful ways.
Healing Through Connection – June 2 –July 25
- Ages 13-15
- Tuesdays – 1 – 2:30 p.m. at the Commerce City Clinic
- This group is ideal for those seeking to overcome self-destructive behaviors and build a supportive network while learning to navigate big emotions.

- Fridays – 10 – 11:30 a.m. at the Commerce City Clinic
- This group is designed to help young adults strengthen support relationships, gain clarity on life goals, and cultivate the skills needed to confidently manage the challenges of transitioning into adulthood.
