Monica joined Kids First Health Care in September 2025 as the Behavioral Health Program Manager.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Monica oversees the Behavioral Health Team, which serves students across Kids First Health Care’s nine clinic locations in Adams County.
Monica brings more than 25 years of experience in the social services field, with a varied background in foster care, residential care, early childhood, afterschool programs, public schools, nonprofit, military families, clinical practice and case management.
