Paola Sanchez, Enrollment Coordinator

Paola joined Kids First Health Care in 2024 as an Enrollment Coordinator, bringing with her six years of experience as an enrollment specialist and manager at Clinica Family Health.

Paola works mainly out of the Alto Community Clinic, Westminster High School school-based health center and Thornton High School school-based health center, where she helps to enroll families into Medicaid, CHP+, SNAP, WIC, and other immediate needs resources. Paola is also instrumental in supporting patient enrollment into a sliding fee scale for those who do not qualify for any other insurance programs.

The choice to work at Kids First was an easy one for Paola, as she was motivated to leverage her background as an Adams County community member, as well as her bilingual fluency, to help connect families to benefits and resources to make a difference in their lives. She received her Associates of Arts in business, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and is CAAS Certified.
