Farewell to a Friend – Honoring Wanda Swinford

With a heavy heart, we must sadly report the passing of a member of the Kids First family. On October 1st, School Nurse Assistant, Wanda Swinford passed away. Wanda gave 23 years of outstanding service to Kids First. In her role, she provided assistance to our school nurses and helped coordinate care with our health clerks, and families. Wanda was a tremedous advocate for families with health care needs. We are grateful for her dedication to our patients and she will be missed by many. In honor of Wanda’s service, we are collecting donations to have a memorial bench installed at our Commerce City clinic. Visit our donation page to make a contribution.
