He is skilled in both individual and group therapy, and has provided therapeutic interventions to treat symptoms related to trauma, attachment, homelessness, addictions, depression, anxiety, intellectual disabilities, grief and loss, and various other mental and personality disorders. Prior to his experience in the social work field, Aron provided services for children with autism by utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA), and taught summer classes from 2012-2014 for Golden Apple, an educational scholarship in Chicago. More recently, he has worked with at-risk youth and young adults experiencing homelessness in Denver.

Aron enjoys incorporating Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy styles in his treatments, especially through an experiential lens. Through the pandemic, he found his passion for working with the young adult population by noticing their quick connection and easy response to his treatment methods.
