Summer fun + little one bonding = YES, please!

Kids First Health Care is thrilled to kick off a summer series focused on mental health and wellness—for both kids AND caregivers!

Classes will take place at both our Commerce City Community Clinic and our Alto Community Clinic in Westminster.

Join us for Mommy & Me, a joyful, music-filled experience for caregivers and their little ones (ages 6 months–3 years). Together, you’ll:

- Sing, play, and move
- Build language and motor skills
- Strengthen social connections
- Make sweet memories that last long after summer

It’s more than a class—it’s a chance to slow down, connect, and support your child’s development through play.
